Krishna G Mallick has founded Bright Future.Com in the year 2000 for imparting quality Skill Development Training through out Eastern Region of India. In the year 2001, Bright Future.Com became a partner of ECIL-ECIT, A Govt. of India Enterprise to serve exclusive skill training in the field of IT & Electronics. Since then Bright Future.Com has trained more 15000 aspirants and marked a strong placement of them. In last 15 years, Krishna G Mallick has developed different courses under Bright Future.Com  in Non-IT Sectors as per requirement of different parts of India. By measuring various Skill Gap of different geographical areas, Krishna G Mallick has provided State-of-Art Skill Training to hone up these youths and became successful as bigger chunk of these trainees secured successful placement or became self-employed
Bright Future.Com received several awards and accreditations from different State Govt. and organizations under Central Govt. through the strong team management under Krishna G Mallick. The thirst for achieving a remarkable foot print in the field of Skill Development Training & Placement is the inspiration behind the success achieved and yet to be achieved.

International Project Experience:
International Business Project Program on IT& Micro-Finance in Brazil in 2007: (focus on the business districts in north-east Brazil and Rio-de-Janeiro) under the International Group Exchange Program of Rotary International, USA in April/May, 2007
Participated in International Skill Training Summit in Malayasia in 2010 : Observation of changes in Skill Training Scenario as per Global aspect. Understanding the Innovation and Crafting as required in Skill Training.
Organised Workshops on Skill Training & Evaluation in Thailand in 2011, 2012 & 2013 : The main objective on these Workshops to figure out a sustainable evaluation system and implementation of different training contents which was developed after measuring different skill gaps.

National Project Experience:
Became Eastern Zone partner of ECIL-ECIT (A Govt. of India Enterprise) IT Division of ECIL in the year 2001 and till date trained more than 15000 candidates throughout eastern India by establishing 35 nos ECIL-ECIT Skill Training Centre.

Establishment of  Bright Future.Com Skill Training Centre: We have established 38 nos Skill Training Centres in West Bengal, Jhakhand, Bihar, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Assam & Goa. Provided skill training to more than 3000 candidates as fee based and Govt. sponsored. We haved marked a sustainable placement record for theses candidates.

Made Tie-up with Organised & Un-Organsided sectors of companies : We have tied up with different companies, corporate and business firm both organized and un –organised sectors to provide placement for our passed out candidates.
